Irvine, CA, March 1, 2021 — Specright, Inc., the leader in Specification Management software, announced today the addition of Jim Borri as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Specright’s platform enables companies to manage critical supply chain data such as packaging, product, and raw material specifications and easily collaborate with suppliers.

Borri brings more than 20 years of experience in leading and scaling successful enterprise software platform organizations.

“I’m thrilled to have Jim join Specright’s leadership team as we continue to partner with some of the world’s most recognized brands,” said Matthew Wright, Specright’s founder & CEO. “Jim’s experience serving large, multinational enterprises will help us deliver end-to-end solutions for our customers.”

Prior to Specright, Borri led sales and business development at FirstFuel Software, resulting in a successful exit in 2019. Before that, Jim led winning sales teams at some of the world’s best run sales organizations in the supply chain space, including SAP, Adexa, and Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).

“I’ve been selling supply chain software for years and I can honestly say that Specright is a game-changer,” Borri said. “The most pressing supply chain issues of our time: the need for traceability, sustainability, and faster speed-to-market are all enabled through a specification-first approach. I’m excited to work with some of our largest customers to help them digitally transform their supply chain with Specright.”

Borri graduated from Michigan State University and resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife. Jim is blessed with two children who are attending college.
