Irvine, CA (February 1, 2021) Specright, the leader in Specification Management software, announced today that it is now an Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP) Gold Partner.
Integral to this partnership, Specright will work with IoPP to educate their members on effectively using Specification Management software to not only manage specs, but drive critical business initiatives such as increasing speed to market, reporting on sustainability, and better collaborating and managing suppliers.
IoPP is dedicated to connecting and educating the packaging community, which compliments Specright’s goal of giving packaging and supply chain professionals the tools they need to succeed.
“We’re excited to partner with Specright,” said Jane Chase, Executive Director of IoPP. “They created and pioneered Specification Management software, which is more critical than ever – especially given the fact that packaging professionals have been tasked with huge goals ranging from sustainability to operating in a remote work environment.”
After working with many universities and packaging professionals across the nation, it was a natural extension for Specright to become an IoPP partner. Typically, managing specifications has been a pain point for packaging professionals and viewed as tedious and time consuming.
“As a company, we’re constantly evaluating which partners will best enable us to bring value to our industry and challenge us to continually grow and refine our expertise,” Matthew Wright, Specright CEO said. “At the end of the day, our mission is to help the packaging community as a whole succeed, something IoPP has been a proponent of since day one.”
The Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP) is the leading individual membership organization serving the educational needs of the packaging community. It is committed to providing continuing educational programs of interest and value to all packaging professionals. These programs cover all packaging-related areas of business and technology, as well as fundamental principles. The organization, its activities and operations support the development of the best possible packaging programs and events.
