Pack Expo 2022 continues in Chicago. Day 2 was the busiest yet and it was great to have so many familiar faces, and new ones, swing by our booth.
As we continue to build the Specification Management Ecosystem, we welcomed more of our partners in the booth today.
Specright and Trayak LCA Integration
Alison Crawley, Sustainability Consultant Manager, from Trayak chatted with attendees about the integration between Specright and their Eco-Impact COMPASS Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tool. This integration allows users to complete LCAs in a matter of minutes. And, with more and more regulatory pressures surrounding sustainability becoming a reality, companies need to perform LCAs quickly to understand the environmental impacts associated with all stages of a package’s life cycle.
Packaging Podcasters Live from the Booth
We also welcomed packaging content creators, Adam Peek and Cory Connors, to our booth for a LinkedIn Live event featuring our very own Danielle Goad.
They also joined Laura Foti, host of Beyond the Shelf: The Product & Packaging Podcast, for a joint podcast recording about packaging trends, the importance of sustainability and packaging, and why more packaging professionals should be on tik tok! Episode coming soon!
Enabling the Next Generation Packaging Workforce
We continued to have a lot of academia programs stop by to learn more about the importance of a spec-first approach. Seeing students' reaction to the Specification Data Management platform was amazing. It’s so important for us to enable the next generation workforce, so companies can truly spend more time on innovation and less time chasing data. You can learn more about Specright’s commitment to academia here.
Innovation Stage: How to Reduce Packaging Costs while Driving Sustainability
If you’re here tomorrow, again, swing by our booth LU-6730 and see our platform in action during a live demo.
We’re also looking forward to Matthew’s second Innovation Stage presentation on: How to Reduce Packaging Costs while Driving Sustainability at 12 p.m. CT. If you want to learn how bridging the data gap can make your sustainability goals a reality, you’ll want to hear more from Matthew.
Another day is in the books and we’re excited for tomorrow.
Hope to see you at booth LU-6730 tomorrow or Wednesday!
