Plans are in full swing for the annual Specification Management Summit, coming up Jan. 16-18, 2023, in Nashville, TN. With speakers from leading fortune 500 companies, Gartner, and a few surprise speakers, this is shaping up to be the best event yet. Registration is currently open, so be sure to sign up and secure your spot.
The event kicks off Monday, Jan 16th at 4 p.m. with “Chat with Matt” where Specright Founder & CEO Matthew Wright will discuss topics “top of mind” for him, including how to build a resilient and responsible supply chain while balancing sustainability regulations.
One of the primary goals of Summit is to bring together a diverse group of industry leaders, technology innovators, and business strategists – all with the desire to transform how products and packaging are made.
Every year, our objective is to build an agenda that will help the audience learn more about industry trends and the value of a spec-first approach to data management. This year’s Summit will deliver that and more.
Driving Innovation Through a Spec-First Approach
This year’s speakers will include:
Brittany Ohr, Director of Product Development at Sugar Foods, Corp., who’s experience in the Food & Beverage industry, has set her up to make transformational changes at Sugar Foods. Brittany will discuss the importance of leveraging a single-source-of-truth for specification data to drive product innovation and stay ahead of trends.
Bridget Grewal, Director of Packaging Continuous Improvement at Magna International, will present on driving cost savings across your enterprise through data digitization and standardization.
Taking Action on Sustainability Through Data
Several speakers will touch on the importance of addressing sustainability. We’ll have a panel of sustainability experts from our Specification Management ecosystem, addressing new regulations, reporting requirements, and trends forcing businesses to take action now. Specright Founder & CEO Matthew Wright will also present a keynote on how you can achieve sustainability goals while also driving cost savings (hint: the answer starts with a strong data foundation!).
John Blake, Senior Analyst at Gartner, will discuss how to think about sustainability in conjunction with legislation and technology to achieve your goals. Kevin Davis, Packaging Engineering Director at Dermalogica, will present on how their team has leveraged specification data to improve sustainability reporting and optimizations.
