Prior to founding Specright, Wright spent more than 25 years in the packaging industry, holding leadership positions at International Paper, Temple Inland, and rightPAQ — a packaging company he co-founded. He has also been involved in leading multiple M&A deals in the packaging industry and sits on the Packaging Advisory Board at Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo.

Nate Faulwell

Sr. Technical Product Manager, Specright

Nate Faulwell is a Technical Product Manager at Specright, where he has been an integral part of the team for 9 years. With over 6 years of experience leading customer implementations and driving feature development, Nate has been a champion for the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the heart of product decisions. Since transitioning to product management three years ago, he has been at the forefront of product innovation, leveraging his extensive background to enhance Specright's solutions.

A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Packaging Engineering, Nate draws on his deep industry knowledge to bridge the gap between user needs and product functionality. His passion for creating impactful solutions continues to drive the success of Specright’s platform and its adoption across industries.

Adam Peek

Host of People of Packaging Podcast

Adam Peek is a father of 5, husband of 1. He is also the host of the People of Packaging podcast and an SVP at Meyers Printing. His passion for changing the world has also led him to be a sustainability consultant, sales trainer, global keynote speaker/preacher, and author of The Packaging Peeks Children's Book.

Laura Foti

CMO, Specright

Laura leads marketing and investor relations at Specright, the first cloud-based platform for Specification Management. Specright has been recognized as a Gartner Cool Vendor, received the Salesforce Innovation Award and was named one of the Top Places to Work by the OC Register and Built in LA. 

She hosts “Beyond the Shelf: the Product and Packaging Podcast,” where she interviews the industry leaders behind the products we love and use everyday.

Prior to Specright, she led advertising and analytics at GE Digital, GE’s Industrial Internet software business. Before that, she was a consultant at Deloitte Digital working in enterprise digital transformation. Laura was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for marketing and advertising and Brand Innovators 40 Under 40 and 100 Women to Watch lists. She graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She resides in Costa Mesa, CA.
