Updates to Specright Exchange & Bids

You can now send your bid requests to multiple suppliers from within Specright Exchange and easily add large quantities of specifications in each request. Organizations and their suppliers can collaborate directly in Specright through our new chat feature that keeps the conversation all in one place and helps eliminate back and forth emails.

Suppliers can drill down to any specification and attached reference material such as files or images and can submit bid responses through Specright, which automatically logs important data like the date submitted. This new Bid feature establishes visibility and traceability for all parties in the bidding process.

Sustainability Dashboard

Many companies want to track and share sustainability goals but don’t know where to start. We’ve introduced a new Sustainability dashboard that displays key information such as recycled content of corrugated packaging and recyclability of plastic packaging.Companies with multiple brands can also compare sustainability data for each within a single view. The new sustainability dashboard lets you:

  • Track the Recycled Content of your corrugated packaging
  • Track the Recyclability of your plastic packaging, starting with bottles and flexibles
  • Compare these metrics for all your company’s brands

Supplier Document Management

Many of our customers have relayed the many challenges and complexities of managing supplier documentation, especially in the Food and Beverage industry. This is one reason why we’ve created a new Supplier Document Management module that allows you to track all documents and expiration dates required for facilities or ingredients. Suppliers can better collaborate with your teams through easy uploading of new documents directly to Specright.Key documents can be tracked, including:

  • General Supplier (ex. Certificate of Insurance, Emergency/Contact List)
  • Facility (ex. Corrective Action Audit, Allergen Control Policy)
  • Ingredients (ex. Allergens, Organic)
