Day 3 of Pack Expo 2022 was packed with activities and interactions.
Today, our Founder & CEO Matthew Wright took to the Innovation Stage again to present on how companies can reduce packaging costs, while driving sustainability. With standing room only, Matthew shared his vision for these two things not being a trade off, but actually intertwined.
The reality is, both are attainable. But it requires taking a different approach to packaging development – one that is data driven and collaborative. One you start looking at your products in different ways, you can start uncovering new business models and opportunities that can lead to increasing efficiencies and revenue.
The main takeaway – the first step is building the foundation for sustainability is through digitization.
Live Demos and Discussions at the Booth
Back at the Specright booth, our live demos were back to back as our sales engineering team helped showcase the value of implementing a spec-first approach.
We were also excited to see more members of the Specification Management Ecosystem, including our partners at ISTA, TOPS Software, and Spec Squad. In any digital transformation journey, you can’t go it alone. Specright partners with the leading technology companies to drive innovation and broader adoption of Specification Management. You can learn more about our strategic partnerships here.
And before the day was over, students from Michigan State University’s School of Packaging swung by to see our software in action. Earlier this week, we announced a partnership with MSU to sponsor and re-design the Packaging School’s computer lab. This way, in the future, students will have hands-on experience with our Specification Data Management (SDM) platform before even entering the workforce.
With the final day of Pack Expo approaching, don’t forget to come by our Booth LU-6730 to see a demo, grab some free swag, and share your thoughts on packaging trends and innovation.
See you tomorrow!
